Working in over 20 locations across the U.S., we provide a foundation of support to change addictive and criminal behaviors and effectively prepare our residents for community reintegration. With innovative methods that encompass assessment, drug and alcohol education, and education services for adult populations, we are redefining effective means to reduce recidivism.

Supervision and training of Unit Counselors regarding the performance of the following supervisor duties:

* Management of resident government
* Resident job assignments
* Cleanliness and orderliness of rooms and adjacent areas
* Ensure timely delivery and effectiveness of safety, security and housekeeping services
* Room assignments
* Unit population counts
* Orientation of new counselors
* Provide individual, group and family counseling sessions
* Keep complete case records on each caseload participant
* Attend daily conference with Unit manager
* Conduct lectures as assigned
* Develop continuum of care plans
* Interface with family members
* Provide follow-up services to caseload

Experience in management, supervision and service delivery (preferably correction or long-term residential). BA required, Master�s Degree or CADC Preferred
